Timberline Staff

Anne Linville (Director):

Anne started Timberline in the Fall of 2009 after many years of consideration regarding the best homeschool programs.  Anne and her husband, Curtis, have four children and have been homeschooling since 1997.  Anne's background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Ft. Lewis College, Durango.  She had nearly completed a Masters Degree in Counseling at Denver Seminary when she decided to stay home with her firstborn child.  In the years before children she worked for gold mining and oil and gas companies. Anne enjoys working with children of all ages, reading, exercising, autumn colors, entertaining guests, playing and listening to music, and observing the faithful hand of The Father.

Shannon Campbell, M.Ed. (Literary Analysis/Writing):

Shannon has the immense pleasure of teaching the Writing Courses at Timberline this year!  She earned a Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential from Notre Dame De Namur University in Belmont, California. When she taught in Cupertino, California, writing was one of her favorite subjects to teach.  In addition to her teaching background, Shannon also has a B.S. in Human Development and a M.Ed. in Counseling from Vanderbilt University.  She also enjoys hiking, reading, playing tennis, visiting museums, and taking photographs of her three children.  Shannon's Christian faith sustains her, and it is the central part of her family’s life.

Katy Eggeman, Ph.D. (Biology, Chemistry, Physical Science):

Katy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma, a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Kansas, and worked as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Colorado Medical School for two years before becoming a stay at home Mom of two.  She currently enjoys being on the leadership team and teaching Sunday School at her church, as well as being a small group leader for Bible Study Fellowship.  She firmly believes that science and the Christian faith are compatible and enjoys helping others see God’s hand at work in creation.  In her free time Katy enjoys quality time with her family, travelling, long walks, reading, and trying new recipes.
